For years, I battled painful skin challenges that affected my confidence, self-esteem and how I showed up in the world. I tried countless products, spent so much, and felt so discouraged. But I refused to give up.
Through faith, research and determination, I discovered the power of the right ingredients, consistency and self-belief. My skin healed, my confidence returned, and my life changed. That transformation became my mission.
I created Xylem so that no one else has to go through what I went through — because everyone deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and unstoppable.
Founder's Story
Every meaningful journey begins with a vision.
As Founder and Co-Director of XYLEM Pharmaceuticals, Beverages & Cosmetics, I have always believed that science, innovation and purpose can transform lives. With a B.Sc. (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry, a Higher Certificate in Business Management, and an MBA (General) currently in progress, my career has been built on continuous learning and a passion for creating solutions that improve everyday wellbeing.
My professional journey has taken me from serving as a Quality Control Chemist/Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry to managing large student accommodation properties — experiences that strengthened my understanding of quality, leadership, operations and people. Along the way, I embraced multiple roles as Vision Initiator, Product Developer and Operations Manager, each shaping the foundation of XYLEM.
The road has not been easy. It has been marked by years of perseverance, setbacks, rigorous research and relentless determination. Yet every challenge became a lesson, every obstacle an opportunity to grow, and every small victory another step toward a greater purpose.
Today, XYLEM stands as more than a company — it is the fulfilment of a dream to develop trusted products that inspire healthier lives while serving communities with excellence and integrity.
